CFI’s Training division conducts programs in the executive and business coaching space to create coaches of international standing with cutting edge skills and adequate practise.
- CEO Coach Accreditation Program
The CEO Coach Accreditation Program (CEOCAP) is an eight-month, 300-hour, rigorous learning and practice based program. This is India’s first program dedicated to creating a cadre of CEO Coaches. It prepares Coaches to work with CEOs on a wide range of emerging executive Coaching agendas.
Objectives
- To help potential coaches become fully proficient in the use of CFI's Coaching engagement model including the Coaching process, the skills and the tools through adequate guided practice
- To provide potential coaches with adequate feedback about their Coaching competence throughout the program so they can learn and make continuous improvements
- To create a cadre of high calibre coaches who are personally and professionally proficient in CEO Coaching
Admission procedure
Given the rigour of the program and, more importantly, the responsibility that this powerful profession places upon the Coaches, CFI takes care to invite only those who share its passion and commitment. CFI would like to welcome to this program, heads of organizations, CEOs, senior functional heads, accomplished professionals and consultants in the helping and human development fields with demonstrated competence and credibility and, most importantly, a passion and serious commitment to making Coaching their profession and way of working and leading.
- Leadership Development Coach Accreditation Program
The Leadership Development Coach Accreditation Program (LDCAP) is a six-month, 100 hour, rigorous learning and practice based program. This is India’s first program dedicated to creating a cadre of Leadership Development Coaches within an organization. This is run exclusively as an in-house offering so that coaches with the right skills, tools and processes can engage in a developmental relationship with their people and cascade the coaching culture down the organisation.
Objectives
- To assume the role of internal coaches as a part of formal leadership development initiatives
- To serve as Mentors to young employees within the organisation
- To undertake skilful development planning for any employee
- To demonstrate a Coaching oriented style in their everyday work
- To undertake assignments on developmental Coaching for middle management
